My name is Emily and I graduated from Wake Forest University in May 2012 with a degree in Health & Exercise Science. I am a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and Metabolic Effect, and a Hormonal Fat Loss Nutrition Consultant with the latter.
I love all things fitness and nutrition and decided to start this blog after a major lifestyle overhaul in my first year post-grad. I am the happiest, least stressed and most confident I’ve ever been, and though I do still have my moments (we all do!), I wouldn’t have traded this last year for the world. I’ve learned so much about myself and am content with where I’m at, but not yet satisfied with all that life has to offer.
